This week's programme seems to be leaning more toward the mystical side, in contrast to previous week's show, which finished with some nighttime criminals. Welcome to "Is This Not Real Magic?," the fourth episode of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law." Which includes Benedict Wong, our dearest friend!

The first scene of the episode features a hack magician performing in a mansion outside of town. As he invites a volunteer to the platform, the audience appears to be bored. Donny Blaze (Rhys Coiro), who is still glancing over the uninterested throng, takes out a "sling ring" and creates a gateway.
Wong and Nepal are cut off. Above him, a doorway opens, and the volunteer enters. She claims to have ended up in a pit with a talking goat after the portal placed her there, according to Wong. He offers to send her on her way, but not before she rudely ruins the episode of "The Sopranos" he was watching.
Cut to Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer breaking the fourth wall once more, commenting that we appear pleased because we spotted Wong. She describes it as "giving the show Twitter armour for a week." After her attack, her father (Mark Linn-Baker) enters and offers to increase her protection.
She claims to be the Hulk and will be OK. Jennifer is creating her new dating profile in her office as we move there. When Nikki (Ginger Gonzaga) enters to show her another interview she conducted, Wong stops them. He discusses his previous "problems" with the magician.

Wong reveals that Blaze is now utilising his magic for risky purposes because he was expelled from the Mystical Arts school. Wong responds that they never received it in writing when Jennifer inquires about if Blaze signed a contract.
When she discusses following the rules, Wong inquires, "The book of Ashanti? "No, the American laws book! After giving her his card, he departs. Jennifer shuts the laptop on the cease and desist at the bar because she still needs to finish up some paperwork for Blonsky (Tim Roth).
They are approached by a man who offers to buy her a drink. When Jennifer mentions that they are working, he leaves. She claims she avoids dating that kind of guy. As she begins to swipe on her matches, Nikki requests to check her profile and instantly calls her out on her decisions.
As She-Hulk, she brings up dating. Jennifer responds "no," adding that she can still go on dates if she acts like herself. We immediately cut to She-Hulk and Wong giving Blaze and his manager, Willows, the cease-and-desist letter (Leon Lamar). The sorcerer supreme interrupts Blaze's argument about who is a better magician by exiting the office because she is visibly repulsed by him.
Jennifer is then out with a date! Ryan Powers, her date, isn't exactly wowing her, though. He makes the claim that he was an entrepreneur while overtly eyeing other ladies. When he asks Jennifer what she does, she responds that she is a lawyer.
He's actually not paying attention because he's matching with other women on his dating page. He ignores her explanation of how she gained her extraordinary abilities. She has a strange feeling about him, and she fears that he would assault her, but they both end up grabbing for their keys.
We observe the dispute between Wong and Blaze in the courtroom. The judge is at best questionable. She-Hulk employs Madisynn (Patty Guggenheim), a performer from the magician's act, as the best witness they have when Wong calls her.
Well, it's definitely not functioning. She is unquestionably the worst witness in history! She-Hulk responds that the mystic arts are real magic, in contrast to what Blaze does, when Blaze's attorney asks for the charges to be dropped. Jen exclaims, "Oh my gosh, even the lawyer is a magician."
The judge says that it will take a few weeks for her to make a ruling and that Blaze can still use magic in the interim. Wong rises to speak about how easily Blaze could end all life as we know it. She-Hulk tells Wong not to hurl him into the mirror universe when he offers to.
Nikki looks into the matter for Jennifer, but she doesn't receive any new matches on her dating app. She finally creates a She-Hulk account out of desperation. She admits to the crowd, "I'm not proud of this." She begins receiving matches in a matter of seconds.
Even though, none of the dates she goes on are particularly good. They continue to treat her strangely as a lady and a superhero. Is there anything worse than dating in your thirties, she wonders? ”
She eventually meets Arthur (Michael Curiel), a man who just appears wonderful, who wants to share some meal to go and asks additional questions about her.
Back on stage, Blaze finds that his volunteer isn't quite buying into his performance. He causes a real bird to lay an egg, but the egg hatches as a young demon monster instead. When he throws it into a portal, he unintentionally calls forth more of them. He then teleports inside Wong's residence and begs for assistance in putting an end to the demons.
Jennifer had fallen head over heels for this guy back at her house. Wong interjects, though, before anything else could happen, requesting to know why she isn't answering her phone. Wong explains to Arthur why she has to leave and then adds, "Oh, I know why."
She queries Wong about her purpose after hearing about Blaze's portal from him. She aids him in sending the demons back by telling him to "be a Hulk." mentioning how she's fighting demons instead of being with the handsome guy she's finally met who cares about her.
She pushes Blaze to accept the cease-and-desist order after sending them back. He consents, and Wong tells Jen to go back and enjoy her night. The following morning, when she awakens, Nikki informs her that Titania (Jameel Jamil) is once again on the news since the villain has been exonerated of all charges.
When Arthur enters, he is surprised to see Jennifer instead of She-Hulk. He leaves awkwardly and doesn't seem thrilled. The episode concludes with Jen telling the audience, "What a sad way to end the show, perhaps there's a fun tag," as she answers the door to a guy delivering her a cease and desist letter asserting that the Titania trademarked the name "She-Hulk."
Although there was a tag, I think the interesting thing to talk about is how "She-Hulk" has been making fun of the MCU with humour.
Donny Blaze is obviously a play on Johnny Blaze, also known as Ghost Rider. Marvel allusions abound in the She-Hulk comics itself, and as we stated last week, the fourth wall is broken frequently. Since Wolverine, Ghost Rider, and eventually Daredevil have all just returned to Marvel, it almost seems as though the show is promoting these characters.
But now that the entertaining and action-packed episode is over, we'll see you again the following week in the hopes that the humour and action continue to wow.
